Service agreements are available for gas furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, humidifiers, electronic air cleaners, and zoned control systems. Planned customers will also receive discounts on other services. Under this plan a Jebco technician will:
- 12 Point Furnace Maintenance
- Check thermostat operation
- Clean and adjust automatic controls
- Clean Burners and pilot assembly
- Adjust combustion for maximum efficiency
- Lubricate moving parts as needed
- Test heat exchanger for carbon monoxide leaks using AGA approved methods
- Test safety limit control
- Check blower belt wear, tension and alignment if necessary
- Replace filter with customer provided filter or clean permanent type
- Check flue for proper draft operation and safety
- Inspect and clean pilot assembly if necessary
- Check thermocouple operation and condition

- Clean Condenser Coil
- Tighten Electrical Connections
- Adjust system for Optimum efficiency
- Check for oil and refrigerant leaks
- Check safety controls
- Check blower belt and bearings
- Check TXV valve and coil temperatures
- Replace filter with customer provided filter or clean permanent type
- Check refrigerant (Freon) charge
- Lubricate moving parts as needed
- Check refrigerant (Freon) charge
- Check and clean condensate drain and pump
